When music professor Clement Mathieu arrives at a school for difficult boys, he is shocked by the repressive policies used in 1949, and decides to transform his students through the power of song.
The Chorus (2004) is presented as part of the Gettysburg College French and Francophone Film Festival 2022. The festival is co-sponsored by the departments of French, Africana Studies, Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies, History, Theater Arts, Political Science, Civil War Era Studies Cinema and Media Studies, the Office of College Life, Dining Services, and the Alliance Française of Frederick.
